A dedicated SEO resource is a specialist who works full-time on one client’s accounts, employed and managed by the outsourcing company. The client directs the work and pays a fixed monthly fee, without recruitment, payroll or office costs.
What it includes
SEO specialists
Audits, on-page work, technical fixes and reporting, full-time on your accounts.
Content writers
Briefed by your SEO lead, edited before anything reaches you.
Web developers
WordPress, Shopify and front-end developers for the changes SEO needs.
Managed by us
Holidays covered, quality checked, a senior lead behind every hire.
Your tools, your hours
Daily updates in your Slack or Teams, overlap hours agreed at the start.
Monthly terms
No long contracts; scale up or down with a month’s notice.
Why a dedicated person instead of a retainer
A retainer buys a scope of work. A dedicated person buys capacity you direct day to day. Agencies with many small clients often prefer this, and so do companies that change priorities every week.
How it works
You tell us the role, the skills and the hours you need to overlap with. We propose a person from our team, you speak to them, and they start once you’re happy. They work in your project tools, report to you daily, and a senior lead at our end reviews their work and covers any leave.
Overlap hours
New Delhi is UTC+5:30. With the UK and the UAE there is a normal shared working day. With Australia our morning is your afternoon. With North America we agree a short overlap (your early morning is our evening) and the rest of the day runs on written updates.
You send the brief tonight.
By email, WhatsApp or a shared folder, at the end of your day. We confirm we have it within one India working day.
We pick it up in New Delhi.
Our day starts at 9:30 am India time, while North America sleeps and the UK is waking up.
You read the work with your coffee.
Changes logged in the shared sheet, drafts in the folder, questions written down rather than waiting for a call.
Nothing goes live without your yes.
You approve each change, page and link. Your accounts, your decision, every time.
