Our office opens at 9:30 am India time, which is 4 am in London in winter and 5 am in summer, and closes at 7 pm, which is 1:30 pm or 2:30 pm in London. That gives you the UK morning with us online: calls at 10 or 11, questions answered within the hour, and work that’s been running since your early hours.

Copy is written in British English, from spelling to the way prices and dates are written. Keyword research uses UK data on Google UK, and local campaigns track the towns and cities where you trade. We know the difference between a lorry and a truck, and so will your pages.
UK GDPR and data transfers
The UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply when personal data leaves the UK. India has no UK adequacy decision, so where our work touches personal data (form submissions, CRM exports for reporting) we sign a data processing agreement with the UK’s international data transfer terms. Most SEO work never touches personal data at all, and we keep it that way.
