A video call to agree goals, markets and the searches that matter. You add us to your accounts as users. We run the audit and send it with a three-month plan and a fixed monthly scope.
Every week
Work goes into a shared log the day it’s done: the page, the change and the reason. Questions come in writing so they don’t wait for a call. If something needs your approval (a page rewrite, a redirect, a link), it waits for your yes.
Every month
A report that starts with what search brought in (enquiries, sales or bookings) and then shows rankings, traffic and the work behind them. We go through it on a call in your hours, and agree the next month’s priorities.
Time zones
India is UTC+5:30 all year. Our office hours are 9:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
- North America: work happens during your night; calls go in your early morning, our evening.
- UK: your morning is our afternoon, with plenty of overlap for calls.
- Australia: our morning is your afternoon, and work continues into your evening.
- UAE: 1½ hours apart, with almost the whole working day shared.
Access and security
Accounts stay registered to you. We use named user accounts, never shared passwords, and you can remove access in a minute. We sign your NDA and a data processing agreement where personal data is involved, and we keep your files in the tools you approve.
Leaving
Monthly terms with a month’s notice. Everything we produced, drafts included, stays with you, and we hand over the log and any open work.
