These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SEOSpidy Web Solutions website (seospidy.in) and the digital marketing services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

SEOSpidy Web Solutions provides website design, SEO, digital marketing and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to each client prior to commencing work.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of website designs and content created specifically for them. SEOSpidy retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party tools, plugins and frameworks remain subject to their respective licences.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any necessary access (hosting, domain, existing platforms) required to deliver services. Delays caused by late client responses may affect project timelines.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Unpaid invoices after the due date may result in work being paused until payment is received.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEOSpidy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO results depend on many factors including Google's algorithm, competition and market conditions. SEOSpidy does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels. We commit to delivering professional, ethical, white-hat SEO work and transparent monthly reporting.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed to date of termination remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
